RadioFlow is provided for radio playout, production, and broadcasting workflows. You are responsible for using the software lawfully, including any music licensing, broadcast permissions, station policies, and local requirements that apply to your use.

You may not use RadioFlow to disrupt services, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious content, or violate the rights of another person or organization.

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for any activity that happens through your account.

During the testing phase, RadioFlow is available with unlimited access and billing is paused. License terms can be reintroduced later when purchase is enabled again.

RadioFlow is not accepting payments during the testing phase. Everyone gets unlimited access until further notice.

When billing returns, the website will show the current subscription details and checkout flow again.

For now, there is no charge, no checkout, and no active payment schedule.

If purchase is re-enabled later, payment processing and refund terms will be updated to match the new billing flow.

RadioFlow may receive updates that add, change, or remove features. Updates are provided to improve reliability, security, compatibility, or product quality.

You are responsible for keeping backups of your shows, playlists, audio files, settings, and station materials. RadioFlow is a tool in your workflow, not a replacement for operational backups.

RadioFlow and its website, software, designs, documentation, trademarks, and related materials are owned by RadioFlow or its licensors. You keep ownership of your own audio files, show materials, and other content you bring to the app.

These terms do not grant you ownership of the RadioFlow software or brand. They grant permission to use RadioFlow according to these terms and any license terms that may return when billing is re-enabled.

RadioFlow is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free playback, compatibility with every audio device, or suitability for every broadcast environment.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, RadioFlow is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, including missed broadcasts, lost audio, downtime, or business interruption.

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last updated date.

If you continue using RadioFlow after updated terms are posted, that continued use means you accept the updated terms.

If you have a billing, cancellation, refund, or account-access question, include the email address used for your RadioFlow account so the request can be matched to the right billing record once licensing returns.
