Account and Trial Access
How account sign-in, the 3-day trial, and Mac-based trial checks work.
Start a TrialHow access works
RadioFlow uses your website account for app access. Open the Mac app, start account sign-in, approve the browser code on the website, then return to RadioFlow.
The browser step keeps passwords out of the Mac app. The app receives an approved session after the website confirms that the code matches.
Once sign-in is approved, RadioFlow checks whether the account has an active trial, paid access, or another license before opening the main workspace.
Starting the 3-day trial
The free trial starts from the Mac app after account sign-in. Create an account on the website, download RadioFlow, open the app, and approve the sign-in code.
If the Mac is eligible, the 3-day trial starts automatically when the browser approval finishes. You do not need payment details to start the trial.
Use the same account on the website and in the Mac app. A different account can change which license RadioFlow finds.
- One free trial is available per Mac.
- The trial begins when the app sign-in is approved, not when the DMG is downloaded.
- The account page shows the current trial or license state.
Why the Mac is checked
RadioFlow also ties the trial to a hardware identifier from the Mac. This prevents the same computer from starting a fresh free trial with a new account.
The app sends a hashed hardware ID during sign-in. The website uses that hash for trial eligibility checks without needing to display the raw hardware value.
If the trial has already been used on that Mac, sign-in can still work, but the trial will not start again for that computer.
If activation does not finish
If the browser says the app was approved but RadioFlow still waits, leave the app open for a moment. It polls the website for the approved session.
If the app says access is not active, check the account page in the browser. The sign-in may be fine, but the account may not have trial or paid access.
If you are testing on a different Mac, start sign-in from that Mac. The trial check uses the computer that is asking for access.
