Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 8, 2026
This policy explains what RadioFlow collects, how it is used, and the choices available to you during the testing phase.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, station details, account information, demo or trial requests, feedback, and support messages.
When you use the website or app, we may collect technical information such as device details, app version, license status, session records, diagnostics, and basic usage information needed to operate the service.
Payments and Licensing
RadioFlow is not processing payments during the testing phase. When billing is re-enabled, payments, subscriptions, receipts, taxes, billing portal links, and license key generation may again be processed by RadioFlow's secure payment provider.
RadioFlow does not store full payment card numbers. If billing returns later, payment information will be handled by the provider shown at checkout.
How We Use Information
We use information to provide RadioFlow, create and manage accounts, respond to support requests, improve the app, and communicate important product updates.
We may also use feedback and diagnostic details to investigate bugs, improve reliability, and understand which parts of the product need attention.
How We Share Information
We share information with service providers that help us run RadioFlow, including hosting, authentication, database, analytics, payments, email, support, and internal notification tools.
We may disclose information if required by law, to protect RadioFlow or users, to investigate abuse, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Data Retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain business records, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and improve RadioFlow.
You can request deletion of your account information, but some records may need to be retained where required for legal, tax, payment, security, or fraud-prevention reasons.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. App session tokens are stored in the macOS Keychain, license checks use server-side validation, and local offline grace data is signed to reduce basic tampering. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee that information will never be accessed, disclosed, altered, or lost.
You should keep your account credentials private and let us know if you believe your account or license has been compromised.
Your Choices
You may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or export of personal information where applicable law gives you those rights.
You may also unsubscribe from optional marketing emails. We may still send service messages related to your account, license, security, or future purchases if licensing is turned back on.
Contact
Questions or requests about this policy can be sent to info@radioflow.app.
For account, billing, or license requests, include the email address used for your RadioFlow account so we can locate the correct records without asking for unnecessary extra information once billing is active again.
